Before I begin:
Remember the meme that I made yesterday?
Well, that's about a cliche of all days, so we'll talk about:
PRE-TEENS FALLING IN LOVE WITH TEENAGERS
I know that it's a problem for pre-teenagers (ages 10 to 12) who falls in love with teenagers (ages 13 to 17) because when the girlfriend (in the majority cases) or boyfriend matures and grows up, they lose her or him. And then, she or he searches a new and mature boyfriend or girlfriend for her or his future, meanwhile the younger boyfriend of girlfriend is left behind.
It has passed not only in cartoons, also in novels, movies and also, the real-life.
Let's make a example, in that image, I choosed Star Butterfly as a better girlfriend for Clyde McBride, because I think Lori Loud is too older for him. That's where the problem begans.
Look, Clyde McBride is 10 years old and has the same age category as Lincoln Loud, who is 11 years old. Lori Loud is 17 years old, and she is in Preparatory High School, and she has another boyfriend, with the same age as her, it's called Bobby Santiago.
But Star Butterfly, a magical princess girl from another dimension, comes to take Clyde, and she hangs out with her.
And maybe for the future, Lori begins university after her graduation from Preparatory High School, with Bobby, and then, Clyde McBride is left behind, after declarating to him that she is older for Clyde.
For Star, maybe she leaves the Earth, after saying good-bye forever to Marco Diaz and declarating to him...the same case as Lori Loud.
After that, Clyde begins to cry, because she lost her teenager (now grownups) girlfriends. And then, he has a sad future for him, because of that. It means, no wife for adult Clyde McBride.
What are my thoughs?
Well, I think that Clyde in the series, he is 7 years younger than Lori Loud.
But about Star Butterfly, she is 4 years older than Clyde, so, there's the problem.
Let's find the same case in another TV cartoon series.
First, is "Sanjay and Craig". I know that is the hated show because for disgusting content and toilet humor, but I found in that show a same case as I mentioned.
Let's see...Oh, I got it!
Sanjay is 12 years old, he knows a girl called Belle Pepper, who she works in a fast food-arcade place called "The Frycade" where serves hot wings (not only that, also soda drinks and other fast foods) and the people can play videogames.
But what can happen with Sanjay's and Belle's future?
Well, Belle can go to a gastronomy school in the future, and then maybe she declares to Sanjay that she is older for that, I mean, SHE IS 4 YEARS OLDER THAN SANJAY! Sorry for the caps, because who are seeing this journal must pay attention.
And then, Sanjay loses his love interest.
Another case, but it's about a cult show from Disney, it's "Gravity Falls". It's the most watched show in Disney's history.
But I found a same case.
It's about Dipper Pines, he has 12 years old (13 after the show's final episode), and when the summer vacations begin, he with his twin Mabel Pines, they go to Gravity Falls, Oregon, United States. And in the first episodes, he meets a teenage girl who works in Stan's Mystery Shack, I'm refeering to Wendy Courdroy. She is 16 years old.
In the episode "Into the Bunker", after the incident with the Shapeshifter in the hidden bunker, Dipper declares Wendy his love, but she says that she is too older for him. That begans the problem, because Dipper is 4 years older than Wendy. (Oh, man, same case as Sanjay and Belle...)
Then in the final 3-part episode, on the final part, he and his twin sister leaves Gravity Falls, Oregon, United States, after the summer vacations began his end. Then he and his twin sister begins High School. No, Wendy is not in the same school as Dipper, and then he must find another girlfriend. And then, Wendy is left behind, same decision as Dipper, when he finds a new girlfriend.
Final case, but it's in my favorite classic shows from late-80's to today shows. "The Simpsons".
In a classic episode, when Homer and Marge begins to go out to the city, Marge calls to a babysitter to take care of Bart, Lisa and Maggie, who are minors, and they cannot be take care himselves, due to a US goberment rule. The babysitter name is Laura. She is a teenager who works as a babysitter, to gain money for her family (I'm refeering to his parents, her brothers and sisters) and to enter to university in the future.
Then, with a piece of time, Bart falls in love with her, and she gives a kiss to him. They pass the time together making prank calls, hanging out and dreaming.
But when Bart declares his love with Laura, she tells some a little important thing: She is now taken by Jimbo, Bart's school bully.
And then, he loses her forever.
NOTE: I ship those shippings, if you are asking.
So, what you see?
Pre-teens falling in love with teenagers are OK, but when you (pre-teen user with 13 years old if you are Reading that) fall in love with a teenager, you'll see that in a random moment at any time when you declare love, he or she will ask you that you are too older to him/her, because of her/his age, and then she/he will take another decision for her/his future. I think that pre-teens must fall in love with a boy/girl of the same age as them, 1 year old younger can be also great idea, because they will stay together at all time.
Also, I don't mention Ferb Fletcher and Vanessa Doofenshmitz from Phineas and Ferb, because Ferb is a 9-year-old kid, and Ferb is not a pre-teen.
So, I suggest you, user of DA who you have 13 years old, better fall in love with persons with the same age as you.
Falling in love with older teenagers can be a bad idea.
Thanks to all! See you in the next episode of "HR's Therapy Center"!
